Our Philosophy Of Exercise
The common problem with exercise programs is they load joints which are not aligned or moving well. This could be from a restriction in the muscles which are either stabilizing the joint or the muscle which is producing the movement. Another reason is that your joints are not in good alignment from a tight ligament or fascia.
Prior to getting into the exercise program we make sure that the joints are aligned well. Once, the movement pattern is normalized, the efficiency of movement improves and the personalized exercise program maintains the function and movement.
To maximize your individual program, we are equipped with state of the art exercise equipment.
The progressive strength and mobility training is an integral part of the rehabilitation program. It will improve balance, endurance, strength, agility and sports performance.
