Dr. Koshy John is a skilled Physical Therapist with over 12 years in Outpatient Orthopedics. He obtained his Doctorate in Physical Therapy at Hanover College, Indiana. His passion for Sports Medicine & Athletics led him to pursue and attain his Dual degree as a Masters and Bachelor of Sports Medicine and Athletic Training at LIU, Brooklyn, NY. Although he excelled in Sports Medicine and Orthopedics, he takes each patients wellbeing seriously and with a high level of comprehensive approach. He is versatile and versed In Maitland, McKenzie and Mulligan Physical Therapy Techniques as well as schools of thought. He integrates these manual techniques to restore dysfunction and implement functional mobility as well as movement by integrating corrective exercises education through a Functional Movement Screening Program.
His experience in the outpatient orthopedic setting, collegiate settings and secondary schools working with all age groups.
He has a passion for excellence and desire to gain more advanced training as a Certified Mulligan Practitioner as well as others. He has a patient care approach with compassion, expertise and drive to enhancing patient health and wellbeing with every patient that he encounters during the treatment.
In his free time he enjoys playing basketball, volleyball and spending time with his family and friends.
