Leno Benny is a licensed physical therapist who is passionate about helping people move better, heal after injury or surgery, and regain their strength and confidence. His patient-centered approach is shaped by his cultural roots in India, where values like care, respect, and holistic well-being guide his work.

Leno began working with patients at just 19 years old. He is currently completing a Master’s degree in Exercise Science at Queens College, City University of New York, where he also contributes to research in the Exercise and Aging Lab. He has contributed to academic research, co-authoring the study *“Sit-to-Stand Power, Grip Strength, and Performance Outcomes in Older Adults,” which was presented at the Greater New York Chapter of the American College of Sports Medicine.

Leno specializes in post-surgical rehabilitation, including recovery after joint replacements, ACL repairs, spine surgeries, and shoulder procedures, as well as treating neck pain, back pain, shoulder injuries, and poor posture. He is trained in advanced manual therapy techniques, such as the Mulligan Concept, joint mobilization, myofascial release, muscle energy techniques, and IASTM.

Outside of physical therapy, Leno enjoys drawing and creating videos to share health tips and stay creatively inspired.
